This Refund Policy establishes the conditions under which CoolerTracker users can request the return of amounts paid for subscriptions or licenses. By acquiring a subscription or license, the user expressly accepts the terms described herein.
The user may request a refund within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the purchase date. To exercise this right, the user must send a request to the email info@coolertracker.app indicating the reason for the request and the email address associated with their CoolerTracker account.
All refund requests will be evaluated individually by CoolerTracker, which reserves the right to approve or reject the refund based on the circumstances of the case. The final decision will be communicated to the user by email.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases: (a) when the 7-day period has expired; (b) when the subscription has been actively used; (c) when any of the Terms of Service have been breached; or (d) when the user has attempted to manipulate or breach the licensing or subscription system.
The lifetime subscription grants the right to use CoolerTracker as long as the project remains active and operational. This modality does not imply a guarantee of indefinite service, nor does it grant the right to demand the maintenance or future development of the software. Consequently, no refunds will be granted for the interruption, modification, or cessation of the project.
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used in the purchase (Stripe). The amount will be returned within an estimated period of between 5 and 10 business days, depending on the bank or issuing entity of the original payment.
Payments and refunds are processed in US dollars (USD). If made in another currency, the conversion will be carried out automatically by Stripe, applying the exchange rate in effect at the time of the operation.

CoolerTracker may modify this Refund Policy at any time. The modifications will be published on the website coolertracker.app and will take effect from the date of their publication.
