This Privacy Policy describes how CoolerTracker collects, uses, and protects the personal information of its users in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

CoolerTracker collects and processes only the following personal data: name, email, and country obtained through Google sign-in; anonymous technical information through Google Analytics (for example, device type or operating system). CoolerTracker does not collect or access personal data contained in PokerTracker 4 databases or any other third-party software. The application only reads statistical data stored locally on the user's computer, without transferring or storing it on our servers.
Personal data is used to manage user registration and access, verify and keep the subscription status updated, send informational or commercial communications about CoolerTracker or affiliated companies (with the possibility of opposition), and anonymously analyze the use of the application through Google Analytics.
The processing is based on the execution of a contract (use of the application), compliance with legal obligations (billing), legitimate interest (product improvement and fraud prevention), and user consent (commercial communications or use of analytical tools).
Personal data will be retained as long as the user maintains an active account and, subsequently, for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations arising from the service or billing.
CoolerTracker does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties. Data is only shared with Google LLC (sign-in and web analytics) and Stripe, Inc. (payment and subscription management). These providers may transfer data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Users can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition, and portability by sending a request to info@coolertracker.app with a valid identity document. They can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
CoolerTracker adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, the user acknowledges that absolute security on the Internet cannot be guaranteed.
Upon registration, the user expressly authorizes the use of their email address for sending commercial information about CoolerTracker or affiliated companies. They can unsubscribe at any time from the email itself or by writing to info@coolertracker.app.
CoolerTracker does not collect, store, or analyze users' tournament data, hands, or poker results. All information processed by the application is done locally on the user's computer.
CoolerTracker reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. The modifications will take effect from their publication on the website coolertracker.app or in the application itself.
